&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After a factory reset, it can take a couple of minutes for things to 'kick in' - as it is still clearing things in the back-ground.&amp;nbsp; If it still fails after say 15 minutes - disconnect the power cord for 2 minutes and try again.&amp;nbsp; If it still fails after that, please reply back and confirm the model number of your TV.&lt;/P&gt;
