bravia kd-43x8309c remote problem

Has above the remote has stopped working, I've checked the help sections but still non the wiser, remote is putting out an infrared signal but tv won't chance channel ect, tv did work via my phone but that has now stopped, has anyone got an idea why nothing is working??

Cheers Pete, tv isn't 12 months old and sony isn't replying to my emails, so I've ordered a new remote to see if that fixes it, tv started to respond to an app on my phone, must had been a problem with the other app what I was using

Did you already try replacing the batteries on your remote? If so and you still have the same issues, I recommend that you get in touch with Support so they can assist you (details here).

Hi Mate, I've contacted them and had to reply, I'll hive them a bell tomorrow and see what they say
