youview catch up not working

I have a sony android tv KD-55XD8577 and i cannot use the youview catch up service. I can scroll back to previous days but there is no channel information and if i press ok it just goes back to the channel i was previously watching I have made sure that the latest software is installed and i have followed the troubleshooter guide to the letter but i still cannot get the service to work. I notice from reading other forums that this is something that sony are aware of and have not given a definitive answer to this ongoing problem. can someone please tell me when sony are going to sort this problem
