Why do you want that? It is even more useless compared to Dolby Vision. HDR10+ hardly has any supporters in the content industry anymore. From a visiual point of view, HDR10 is enough as TVs typically analyze content frame by frame anyway. You will only make up differences when watching stuff side-by-side and even then it is a matter of taste which version looks "better".

IN oredr to create a new thread you have to simply press "new message" below the welcome frame...

Regardless of the opinion on HDR10+ (I agree with @Kuschelmonschter ) I'd suggest you enjoy amazon prime in HDR10 without thinking to much of what you may loose on the HDR10+ version (it is the same streaming, you just skip the additional dynamic metadata if any is present): even if someone in Sony will decide to agree with you and add HDR10+ to their platform 99% will be not available for your current tv...

Are you referring to Prime’s output or to the Universe?
If the former, did you try Googling my suggestion to help with compiling statistics?

Ah! Got it!

I am hopeful as the FX90 was introduced in Feb 2018 and they produced a final update for it to Dolby Vision 16 months later in July 2019. So, maybe they will update the GX9s to HDR10+ on a similar time frame. Especially if a lot of customers request it. Hint! Hint!

(Though the question of HOW we all request it is still open?)

Won’t it be nice to have a TV that supports ALL the HDR formats. It’ll be fascinating to see which way all the manufacturers jump next year after being led by the nose by Netflix this year. Will Amazon be able to do the same?

Dolby vision was announced for those model hdr10+ not. In any case question from customer in this community can be looked for by sony personnel and forwarded to Japan. I do not miss it but in any case having both could be better.
