Kd55-a8g irblaster with sky had box

i just installed a new KD55-AG8 connected to a SKY HD box.

Most things work fine but the Ext Box Menu button does not produce anything.

Also the arrow buttons withheld TV guide seem to send 3 updates instead of one so channels are skipped when scrolling through.

I saw on the forum that this issue was common in 2016but should have been fixed in 2017. Is it still persisting?

Hi Gus,

There are a couple of things to try/check regarding the performance in the guide:

Go to Settings - Storage and reset - Internal shared storage - Cache - Clear
Press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV restarts.
Make sure the TV is up to date: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/oled-tvs-android-a8g_ag8-series/kd-55ag8/downloads/00016212

I'm not sure what to do about the menu button on the Sky HD. Maybe Sky can shed some light on that
