Can anyone confirm whether or not this is a 10 bit panel or just a 8-bit which is HDR compatible?

Is there a noticeable difference between a non true HDR 10 & images on a compatible one?

43" - AMVA3, 8-bit+FRC, 60/50Hz

Compatible HDR Processing (missing hardware for playback HDR) This is now not clear... Maybe it can processing the HDR but at "low" lumens.

Difference? Yes, but depends from the hardware, HDR exist at many levels and the result is proportional.
