Netflix not working

We have a Sony Bravia KDL TV and have been able to watch Netflix before but now get the error nw-4-7

Can anyone help please?

I am sorry to say that your TV no longer supports Netflix.

However, all is not lost. You can easily add a modern streaming stick or device like Roku or Fire TV which will provide the latest Netflix App plus others to your TV.
