topic TV oled in Android TV

I own an OLED TV model XR-65A80J, about 5 years, and suddenly, a vertical black line of frozen pixels appeared. In addition, after a few months, when I turn on the TV, after 15 minutes it turns off (and a red LED starts blinking 4 times). Sony told me that it takes about 1500 euros to change the panel. I believe that it is unacceptable for such an expensive TV to break down in such a short period of time. I am very disappointed with SONY. Unfortunately, all external service I spoke to, they told me that SONY TVs face many similar problems. I will not buy any product again and I do not recommend it.
