I want to ask, and then I bought november hp sony xperia dual c4, initially anyway still alright wear it. only now dead and blank so. heck charged LED lights a flame red color, it's a sign of his reply battray being filled, just in LCD is still blank, like a dead position, and battraynya icon does not appear.
I've been looking for a sony mobile service center here simply do not exist. I was on his right Lombok d ilombok west, there is still the chance of its warranty card ya, now I want to use for his fix, it was how min? can give the solution?

Hi @denunaa,

I'm not quite sure I understand you correctly, please correct me if I don't. From what I understood your phone does not turn on, the LED for charging lights up in red but the display is still black and that you have been looking for a local service center.

First charge your phone for at least half an hour.

Have you tried pressing and holding the power and volume up buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds? If you feel your phone vibrate from doing this, try turning it on by pressing and holding the power button.

You may also try pressing the OFF-button by your SIM-card until the phone vibrates followed by starting up the phone. Do not use any too sharp objects to press the OFF-button.

Should the above not help I would recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. If that does not help the contact your Local support in order to find out how to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service center.

I've purchased Xperia C4, and I was happy with my purchase till problem occurred with touch issue, I need to lock unlock the device, then there was an update available for 150mb I ran it and now the phone is dead even if I connect it with pc companion it doesn't detects my device. I ran into so much trouble and lost my trust on brand SONY, never ever suggest nor buy any product.

Mine too.I purchase Sony Xperia C4 and I really regreat on my decision.It won't start neither it's take charge.Continously disconnecting after a while.This for the second time i face problem in this device in 1 year. Kindly suggest what to do.
