It'll be up to your carrier network to implement this to the update, if your phone it's not network branded/SIM locked, it won't work.

Free VoLTE feature for Indian Customers

Sony should provide free VoLTE hardware feature to its Indian Customers as there are various problems faced by us due to this. Other brands support VoLTE feature in economy range phones but Sony doesn't except premium range devices. So it's an appeal to sony to provide free installation of VoLTE hardware in their service centers so that we can be benefitted.

Read the above post, it is up to your carrier/network to enable this, but that might not happen as you don't have a network branded/Sim Locked phone.

I am afraid that Xperia C4 Dual is not a model which will be receiving VoLTE according to the information which I have available about VoLTE

Regarding Android updates, when there is an available software update for your device this icon will appear in your status bar: . Please note that software updates are released at different times depending on the operator, market, region and country and therefore I am unable to give you a specific date as to when an update will be available for your device. In addition, network operators and specific markets may choose not to avail of the updates for specific models.

However, just to make sure - do you have over 500MB free internal storage available? If you do not have at least this much storage available, you won't be notified about new software. In addition, feel free to register your device on our website with your IMEI in order to get software information:

Will there be a future update for VoLte for Xperia XA Ultra dual F3216. I've bought my xperia for around 30k in india.:smileysad:

This feature is not enabled in Xperia XA Ultra dual F3216 even after the nougat update!!

Support would be appreciated .

@AKS113: hello. have you asked your network provider if they support VOlte? if they do, you can ask them if they have released an updated for your device. this service also network dependent
