Battery doesn't charge

The battery of my cell phone does not charge, being that I buy an original sony battery for xperia c4 everything was going well. Until this morning I turned on my cell phone and reached it to occupy 10 minutes and I turned itself off and when I turned it on I left it was out of battery and I put it to charge and the battery appeared with the red bar down and did not charge.- I need help please.

Similar problem is faced by me. It takes too much time to charge up.

@JaimeMemazos I am not sure I get your question.. however.. Are you telling me that a red bar appears near the battery icon? I will guess you speak spanish... Te aparece como una linea roja en la batteria?

IF that is the case, your battery is dead, you may want to contact Local support

@Navi9999 Your case seems a bit different, can you try to charge your phone when the phone is off and see if it charge faster? If it does, you may have an app that is maintaining the CPU usage high so it's not able to recharge the battery faster...
