Some apps can't connect over mobile data

Hi All ,

After updade 29.2.B.0.129 of Sony xperia C5 ,some application is not able to use with mobile data(eg.chome brower).

How can i resolve it.?

Could you help me about this problem

@GloriaWai Have you tried downloading internet settings again? It's under settings - more.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Did this stop working recently? If so, was it after something specific happened or was done to your phone?

As @alexdon said, have you tried to redownload your internet settings? It might be a good idea to remove the old ones first. This is done under Settings > More > Mobile networks > APN (Access Point Names) > Tap the three dots > Reset to default. After this, go back to Settings > More and tap Internet settings and accept to download these. Then reboot your phone.

I would also recommend that you make sure that Mobile data is activated under Settings > Data usage.

First of all , I would to thank to you for your reply .
Now , I can resolve it with your repro step that you said.
All application can use with mobile data .

Hi,

I've tried the suggested solution, but I still have the same problem. Without WiFi some apps just won't connect to network. I also tried re:installing them. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Have you restricted background data?
