The battery is sometimes disconnected at 30% and sometimes at 60% and 70% at the time. It is assumed that the battery has remained at 0% and it is separated without any preconceptions. I need to walk the charger when the first thing is done.

How can i apply safe mode ?!

My battery is turned off in half an hour i have to connected it with the charger 7 times or more in a day it turned off when gets 30% sometimes in 50% or 70% and i must charge the phone to start up again or it will be off alwayes how can i treat this problem ?!

I have already apply safe mode and the charge were 90% then i used my phone for 4 hours and it was good but when the phone get 55% in the safe mode it shut down again for low battery 0% what should i do ?!

I'd suggest trying a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I'm facing the same issue. I charged my phone to 100% then suddenly it drops down to 70% with or without WiFi. Tried to place it on airplane mode but it was still the same. Tried safe mode as well. No application was causing the issue. Factory reset was done twice and I used Xperia Companion to repair the software but it didn't work. Please help.

Mine needs to constantly plugged in as if its charging otherwise it will shutdown after a few minutes eventhough the battery life is 100% , and when i turn it on it will have this pop up message "Android Starting" that takes about 30 mins to complete and then it will still shutdown saying that it has 0% battery.. 😞
