Good afternoon I have this problem on my ultra c5. only this happening when I add the google account I do not know what to do anymore. already redefined the preferences of the applications and nothing solves. help me please

Did you tried to repair your smartphone? When is similar problem i just repairing my smartphone and often problem disappears, maybe will works for you too

Thanks for the answer . already restored the factory settings became normal for about 10 days there suddenly came back the same problem. if I remove the account it works normal. Please, I need some help because it is the one I use on a daily basis.

I hope you repaired with Xperia Companion? It's better than simple factory settings reset straight from smartphone, as i saw factory reset just resetting settings, but don't return some activities (for example in one my smartphone i deleted Sony's pre-installed music app, but factory reset did not returned it to me, only after repaired everything was fine), Xperia Companion from new overwriting software which is clear after that. If problem persist maybe will say you more about that in local support, most time repair with Xperia Companion helping if this is not massive problem in all the same model owners after update, in my isn't this problem, i have C5 Ultra (Dual version) too
