I'm sorry to hear this.

Is it when you try to open your camera application your receive this message? Do you get the same error message regardless if you camera is using the main or selfie camera?

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I would also recommend that you reset your camera application. Note that this will note delete any pictures you have stored in your device, it will however reset all settings you have made in there camera application. To do this, go to: Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data > Ok. Then restart your device before opening the camera application again.

Then I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note that this will completely reset your device and you should make sure you create a backup using Xperia Companion prior to performing the software repair.

@Alias_1974, If you are still experiencing the same behavior with your device after performing a software repair, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.

Have you tried any of the troubleshooting suggested in this thread? If not I would recommend that you do so and let me know how it goes!

Even update from os 5.1 lolipop to 6.0 marsmellow

I can't use my selfie camera

What must i do to fix it??

Sounds strange, coz repair with Xperia Companion fixing problems like this one. If you not rooted yours smartphone and software is official got from Xperia Companion, is not modified, must fix this issues Xperia Companion, if still problem persist after repair i recommend you bring smartphone to authorized service in yours location, coz service have tools with which will check where is problem. But my opinion sounds yours problem like that is software problems. Coz i have the same model and even after update to Android 6.0 i don't have any problems with camera, from 2016 everything working fine (i don't root my smartphone and software is from Xperia Companion, so it's legal and official), so i guess you rooted yours smartphone or you installed 3rd parties software from maybe developers XDA website and ect.
