SD Card Issues

Sd card is removing unexpectedly after I updated to android 6.0. The sd card which I'm using is sandisk 32 gb. I have tried re-inserting the sd card and restarting my phone but the problem still exists! Now it is removing at least twice every 2 days and everytime I'm forced to either remove the card mannually or to switch off the phone and on it again. It is showning 1st "Ejecting....." and then "Sandisk sd card unexpectedly removed" what is this?? I'm really fed up.

Try to transfer its content to a PC, then format it using the phone software. After that transfer then data back.
