Internal storage and SDCARD0 is the same thing. They are not two different partitions, just different names for the same partition.

When you connect your phone to your computer you will see Internal storage (this is SDCARD0) and SDCARD (this is SDCARD1). SDCARD1 is your external SD Card.

Hello.

I couldn't seem to find one of my SDcard folders on the computer,

(I have no idea why I had twodifferent folders in the first place)

When I browse with the ES File Explorer on my phone, my device storage is divided into

- Internal Storage

- SDCARD0 (4.01GB)

- SDCARD1 (7.39GB)

However when I connect my device to the computer, only Internal Storage and SDCARD1 are showing.

Please, how do I resolve this? I need to transfer files from my device SDCARD storages to my computer and I couldn't seem to do it since I couldn't figure out where it goes..

Thanks

Ohh! Thank you!

But there's another problem.

My internal storage is like almost 100% full and I'm trying to figure out what uses up so much space and of course, I found out it's the media, especially from WhatsApp.

But when I click on the WhatsApp folder, it shows "The folder is empty".. I browse the details of the photos I want to transfer and the path is "/storage/sdcard0/WhatsApp/Media/WhatsAppImages/IMG-.....jpg/

I tried tracking but still, it shows "The folder is empty" on the computer..

Help? Thanks!

You may not see all folders and files from your computer depending on the app and folder they're stored in. I would recommend that you move the files using a file manager in the phone instead. Also check if Whatsapp has any settings for where to store files.

If you want to move the files using your computer instead you should see all files using the 3:rd party application MyPhoneExplorer from www.fjsoft.at.
