hard reset doesn't work

Hello !

I have Xperia L C2105 . I had a pattern lock , wich after the phone ran out of battery just doesn't whant to let me in . I tryed google account , I tryed every solution I could find . Through android SDK , through some workarounds . Nothing works , I didn't have WiFi or mobile data on before the lock , so no solutions that require it will work .

I decided to just to a factory reset , but no combination of button holding works . I tried volume up + power , volume down + power , both volumes + power , camera + power , camera + volume up/down/both + power .

I'm desperate , i'm open to any suggestions !

Just use SUS:

Charge your phone to 60% at least before.

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

The update service worked , I tried PC companion before and it didn't work becouse the phone was locked , so I gave up on the software side , but the update service worked great , thank you !

the update service doesnt work. it shows error and tells see C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\workspace\.metadata.\.log.

What do i do????

Hi, On my sony e4 e2115, when i say update software, it tells me my device is locked, and that link is bringing xperia companion, i dont know wether its the same as SUS, but when i click on the SUS link, it brings xperia companion for me.. Please help. And also the combination of power + volume up/down/both don't work on my sony!

I HAVE THE EXACT ISSUE! There is no way to reset this thing, and I have no idea what my screen lock pattern was, and there is no combo of button to factory reset.

Are you guys telling me you built in NO fail safe for the EXTREMELY likely event that someone forgets their password?

Come on, what software package can I download that will override this basic security system and give me a full factory reset?
