Internal Memory getting full

Hi,

In my xperia L, anytime internal momory 75% full message showing while clicking that nothing to move to SD card. I saw that pictures & media having 600mb+ in settings but all the items were in SD card only. As per file commander DCIM folder was empty.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Try settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart.

How about the thumbnails folder?

I found that tumbnail folder consume 600 mb+ memory. In this folder two files having memory each 300 mb+ that's name is THUMBDATA. Eventhough i was deleted but that file automatically coming after some minutes

Please give any suggestions

Try to delete that folder and instead make yourself another one with the same name.

I deleted that but it automatically creates the thamnails folder with the same file.

Hey you told me to restart the phone if any option is there to restart the device or first switch OFF and switch ON

It is,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

I have the same problem. I saw on settings that there're pictures and videos: 1,57 GB but I've transfered all pictures and videos to SD Card. The notification keeps telling me to transfer data but when I clicked it, 0kb files to transfer. I've tried to clear data as suggested, also checking the thumbnails folder but the problem still appears. Any solutions? Thank you...

I've done that twice, but nothing happened. The size of pictures and videos is still 1GB++. Any other solutions? Thanks in advance...

Get a file manager or use the inbuilt option in settings-storage.

I caan go settings apps all, but then I have no option other than how to sort.

Is there any way to see what are the big files or folders.

the sony system tells me to move media, of course there is nothing to move.

I have about 350 mb left

You do not have media on internal storage?
