Hi, I have Xperia L and it’s a pig to use with lots of problem but is there any way to at least fix it camera issues? Camera is sluggish and pitifully slow shutter speed. Farcical three to four second delay between pushing the shutter button and a shot being taken renders.

It’s useless when trying to capture photos besides landscapes (if you are using tripod). Colors on most images are overblown and they skew towards a warmer than normal tonality with a purple undertone all across. Pictures are always blurry despite a blue focus square before snapping the shot or general autofocus issues

I don’t know whether this is hardware or software related, but is there any fix for camera?

Does it also happen whe you manually edit the paramaters? The EV scale,white balance?

Anyway you could try this

Go to Settings > Apps > Swipe to the left twice until you reach "All" section of Apps > press clear data and restart phone

See if that helps

Already tried this but nothing helps. Yesterday I went to Sony service center in my country and I guess they just flashed it. All the problems are still there and they said this is the way it is. Its an entry level phone with basic camera I truly Regret buying Sony.

I’m going to buy smart TV this week but im not even looking at Sony side just because of this experience. Very unprofessional customer support and poor quality products.

Should I try any custom rom ? Like galaxy camera rom ? Any suggestions ?

Okay all problems are solved. Sold xperia today n bought the mighty S4 mini
