Restricted access pop-up notification

A yellow triangle with an exclamation mark I.side keeps popping up as a notification saying restricted access. It only stays for a second but pops up a few times in a row... What does it mean and why is it happening..?

Do you lose reception when the message appears? Also does it say "Restricted Access has changed" ?

It doesn't let me send messages but I'll still have full signal. Yeah I think it says that

Can you please boot to Safemode and let me know if the issue continues?

This issue is generally SIM related but can be third party based to.

Oh ok, that's good news.

The issue is generally caused by third party apps, and in most cases an uninstall - reinstall of the problematic is required to resolve it, however it seems although the app has fixed itself.
