I forgot my mobile's unlock pattern.I do not have my xperia or find my device account.I just want to Factory Reset My Sony xperia L ,I dont care if all the informations are deleted.Please help me to Factory Reset my mobile.

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.

I have installed version 1.2.8.0 in my computer.I followed the steps until I went to the page where it showed 5 instructions , but when I switched off the mobile while pressing the volume down button and connected it to the computer , after that nothing happened.Please help me to repair it.

Hi @Paranth,

I'm sorry to hear this. As @Quester pointed out, to reset your device and remove any screenlock from your device you need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

When you plug your device in what happens, does the device power on? I recommend that you try a different USB-port on your computer as well as a different cable and computer if possible.
