Media problem

Hi after updating my device

I couldn't see any picture or music in my album or music player

I have music and photos in both SD card and ext SD card

I reseted my device L1

I even repair it with companion in windows

Nothing changed

The problem is that I can only see pictures of took with camera or screen shot

The other stuff like music files ... I had to use a file Explorer to see them

And one last thing when I connect my device to computer it says the process android.process.media has stopped

Can you guys help with that please?

I already tried to rest app preferences delet media storage and a lot of stuff...

I have the same problem it happened after the first software upgrade and I have tried cleaaring the Media storage but still the problem persist have you found the solution by chance?

I have the same problem after the last update i tried all things clearing media storage reset the phone with any result the same problem persist
