Wallpaper lockscreen problem

Hi,

I've set a photo as wallpaper for background & lockscreen. However, an additional screen appears when I first unlock, which I'm finding very frustrating. It's like a slideshow of the sample photos, but it effectively means I need to unlock the screen twice - first swipe brings up the sample photos, second swipe is required to get to lock screen where I can enter pin number. Even more frustrating is that the same slideshow starts up while I'm on a call - so I have no end call immediately available, I need to swipe to remove these sample pics & return to the homescreen before I can end call. I've tried searching through settings but can't find anything that helps so far - any suggestions?

Hi @Girlyswot,

That's a bit odd. Could you check if you have enabled the screen saver option in your device. You can see this if you go to: Settings > Display > Screen saver > Off.

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
