Bluetooth issues

I bought my wife and I an Xperia L1 each for Christmas.

Mine is working fine with both BT and Wifi whereas hers is having serious BT issues.

It will pair and connect fine after a restart but after a while (usually a few hours) it will not 'see' other BT devices (whether paired or not).

I have factory reset it twice. The last time I chose the option to start as a new phone rather than restore previous apps and settings but this didn't make any difference. I have already taken it back to the supplier and exchanged it for a new one but that is now starting to do the same!

Does anyone have any other ideas? (other than to return it yet again and choose a different brand...)

It's fully updated and running Android 7.0

Hi...

I hope, you get an good answer for your question. I have the same problem with my L1, and it is driving me crazy. I have also tried resets, but it did not help. Thinking about buing a samsung instead.

Same here. (own 2 of them 1 works without problems)
Have even tried reconfiguring my WIFI to split 2,4 and 5 ghz
Both Bluetooth and WIFI are hopeless
Taking it in to the dealership to get it fixed
