That's probably the SIM card, could you test a different SIM card?

Hi @Jonasuaza25, sorry to hear about this.

As @uliwooly suggested, a good start is to try with a different SIM card as you mentioned that this behaviour occurs when you are making phone calls.

If you don't have a second SIM card at hand, you can ask a friend, colleague or a family member if you can borrows theirs for a short while.

To make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this, you can try and restart your device in safe mode as they will be temporarily deactivated in this mode.
