Hi, i from Colombia so i don't speak (in this case write) English very well

I just bought my Xperia L1 directly with the Phone Operator, but they pre-install some apps from their own and others app like games, but i cannot remove it only disable it, but if i look the memeory when my device of 16 Gb is new there are 8 Gb fill!!! that is the half memory full

So, my question is: If i will use PC companyon to repair the software the bloatware from my local Phone Operator go away?

(Yes, i know that i will know if i'll do, but i want to know before to do it)

it won't go away, you have couple options, either root the phone and uninstall any preloaded apps, or flash the phone with xperifirm with a firmware with less bloatware.
