The way the date is shown is related to the language settings, if you choose English (United States) as your chosen&nbsp;language the date will be shown the American way, and if you choose English (United Kingdom) the date will be shown the European&nbsp;way.</P><P>You can change your language by going to Settings &gt; Languages and Input and then tap Languages.
