    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot help, but just wanted to let you know that you are not alone, I have exactly the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My home address is inputted precisely, but the phone still locks. Hopefully someone at Sony can offer a fix soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Smart lock is not working properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up smart lock so that my phone is not locked when at a trusted address but I am still unlocking it every time I want to use my it. This is really annoying, especially when I am at home. Hope someone may be able to help me please? Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
