    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Phone stopped since i have installed the latest update of the Android software, the touchscreen doesn't work till i force restart with key combination, it's boring doing the same thing everyday... This latest update is a big error from Google, My wife's Phone dead since i have installed the same version of Android.. I do not want the same thing happen to My phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Done that and the problem still persists while in safe mode. When restarting to take it out of safe mode, I get the same thing. I cannot make or receive calls without this message popping up and the calls dropping. Using data also causes this to happen. Highly frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
