What is the solution to this issue? As soon as calls or data are used, the sim cards lose signal and this message pops up.

to narrow down the issue, could you test the phone in >>> safe mode

Done that and the problem still persists while in safe mode. When restarting to take it out of safe mode, I get the same thing. I cannot make or receive calls without this message popping up and the calls dropping. Using data also causes this to happen. Highly frustrating!

My Phone stopped since i have installed the latest update of the Android software, the touchscreen doesn't work till i force restart with key combination, it's boring doing the same thing everyday... This latest update is a big error from Google, My wife's Phone dead since i have installed the same version of Android.. I do not want the same thing happen to My phone
