absolute abysmal Software

I've bought my Xperia L1 completely new for the full price of 199€ and i refuse to believe that the problems im having are normal:

Alarm Clock:
- I need to unlock my phone to either snooze it or disable it
- I already did what i found here on the forum and several other
  - Reset the Clock-App and check the permissions.
Wifi and Connection Problems
- It automatically looses connection to my connected Wifi which has full connectivity to it
  - Im literally using it and it just stops being connected and made me using my mobile data to download it, i havent noticed it and it has used 1Gb of my monthly 4gb LTE
- Sometimes it wont connect on mobile internet (HSDPA+) while my Laptop is totally fine (it has a UMTS module) withing the same Net
Soundissues
- The Equalizer sometimes just wont work or if so after i have been playing my song (on Spotify) for about 3-4 Minutes
Performance
- This one really bugs me, its getting way too hot really quick throttling down and sometimes refuses to work or accept my input.
- When watching Videos it starts bugging completely by lowering the FPS or stuttering
- Using the "SmartCleaner" and really dont feel it working.

What I've done so far: Factory Reset with Xperia Companion. Didnt work.

Getting a new one, same stuff.

What I absolutely cannot do: Sending it into repair, i dont have a second phone and i need it for my work.

Has anyone having the same trouble i have with this thing?
