    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on club network (utility warehouse) and cannot get any bars up on phone so unable to use. Tried contacting U. W. But no one picking up calls. I vaguely remember going to connectivity previously but don't seem to be able access this now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
