Hi. I've had the same problem the last few days. Today I tried to Clear Cache and Clear Data followed by Force Stop for both Bluetooth and BT Tool:

Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all # apps -> Show system (by the three dots in top right corner) -> find Bluetooth/BT Tool in the list -> Storage -> Clear Cache + Clear Data -> back out and Force Stop

Then I restarted my phone and paired my device again. Now it's been working fine for a couple of hours, and I hope it will continue to do so. Best of luck.

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia L3 and find that if my phone can connect to a device which I also find a struggle it will always disconnect after a short amount of time.

This is frustrating as I am on the road alot and need to take calls whilst driving.

Please can someone advise what to do. I have recently updated to Android™ 8.1 Oreo but still the problem persists.
