If you are using a USB port to charge the device, you can also try using the wall mounted charger that was included together with your device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Av tryed force reset and turned it off charge it and everything then found out that if i move my charger to the left wen plugged in it charges properly so the port is on its way out this second time had a problem with the port and sorry to say had to order a new phone but not a sony xperia l2 a diffrent brand &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; phone just a year old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
