Apps icon missing

Hope someone can help me. My app icon on my home screen is missing, have no idea what I have done for it to just dissappear and no idea how to resolve this it was there earlier today. I went to settings but had no idea what to look for hope someone can help..

Hi @Bettyboo1, let me see if I can help out here!

It seems like you have selected to hide the App icon on the home screen, you can get it back by following this guide:

Touch and hold an empty area on your home screen until the device vibrates.
Tap Settings.
Tap the switch beside Enable swipe up to hide or show the Apps icon.

This should get the App icon back on your home screen. Let me know how it went!
