Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily deactivates all downloaded apps on the phone, it is mainly used to detect whether an unwanted behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. In order to exit safe mode, simply restart the device as usual and make sure that the volume down-key is not pressed down during the boot sequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that helped!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
