My Sony Xpedia x model 5121. when the people call me or me call a people y can lesten the people but the another people no listen me i have problem with my microphone the phone have a 1 years with me.

How is it in safe mode?

Use the support app on your phone to test the microphone.

I bought a used xperia X, and I have the same problem.

Other people can`t hear me when calling, only when I put in a headphone or put on my speaker.

Is there a way to fix this problem? I read that many people have this, maye its because the 8.0 oreo upgrade?

Ive already called *#*#7378423#*#* and did the mic test, and can hear my voice on the both microphones.

When I do the Mic and speakers test in the settings menu, he gives an error that the mic couldn`t record the sound.

7378423 is the other word for SERVICE.
