X Compact display is Pixelated

Display is pixelated specially when i look at the screen from Angle... What is the cause of this issue????

That should be the digitizer.

So this is a common issue in Xperia phones.. Thanks GOD Atleast digitizer grid is not visible like Z series...

Why SONY didn't. Combined. Digitizer and ips panel to fix this issue???

Hi @SOUNI1, are you experiencing the same as the user in the thread @alexdon linked? Do you see the same as I highlighted in the picture (taken from the thread)?

Those pixel is clearly visible when brightness. Is high and you look at the screen from angle...

Also, did you chance settings for white balance?

Sorry for late reply... It's Hard to show it on picture but i try my Best to make it visible for you... It doesn't show up on screenshots... I didn't Change whitebalance settings... It's physical and i think digitizer make screen looks pixlated everywhere... When i watching movie OR when Phone booting up... It's very very Annoying... Clearly visible specially in White color...

Dear SONY mobile this Kind of issues is not Acceptable in a premium Device that You Announced in 2016...now it is 2017.. I beg you i beg you to use OLED OR MICRO-LED display in your 2017 Smart Phones... Please give this GIFT TO US And make your Fans / customer Happy..

I understand that it may be hard to show in photos, but when I had a look at our X Compact here at the office I can't experience that the display gets blurry as shown in the photos. Is that an accurate representation of what you experience, or did the camera blur the images?

In any case I'm afraid that I can only advice you to have your device sent to an authorized service center for examination should you suspect that something may be wrong with your display. In order to do so, I recommend that you contact your Local support so that they can assist you. I would gladly assist you if I could, but I'm afraid that even though I work Globally, I am based in the Nordics and have limited service routine knowledge for other markets.

Camera blured images.. zoon on picture can you see it? Look at the Edge of screen.. IF u See Carefully and in a dark room i think you Can see it on your x compact too...

I checked in the bathroom with the lights out and only the display of an X Compact illuminated, I made sure the background was bright with black text (Settings) with the highest available brightness and I was not able to find the image blurry. Just to make sure, I also asked a colleague for a second opinion on a different X Compact and we were both unable to see that it was blurry.

It may be that I don't quite understand what you mean, but as I mentioned in my previous post it would be best to have it examined if you are uncertain if your display works correctly.

Display is not blurry... It is pixlated i can see Horizental /vertical line pixel on display... I hope u can understand What i said..

I had this problem on my old Z5 too... I Can't See Digitizer grid on X Compact display although but still it is pixelated... On Z5 OR Z3 plus digitizer grid is visible And it makes Screen pixelated when You Watching movie... It ruined the whole Experience With the Phone.. On X Compact display digitizer grid is not visible but still it is pixelated like XPERIA Z5 display...

I have similar Experience like The guys Who has Z5P... But in my Case Those lines is visible only When display is On.. As @alexdon Said that Should be Digitizer...

I don't have this issue with Apple OR Samsung OR Huawei Phones...

I think SONY Mobile Need Change...

You are referring to these lines, right? During specific angles and lighting conditions I was able to see it on our X Compacts here as well, so I would say that it is normal for your device and there is likely nothing wrong with your display.
