Recommended Charging Pattern

Want to keep battery healthy so read some articles that it is wise to charge your device between 30 - 80 % (Plug into charge 30-40 % and unplug 70-80%)

Is it necessary to do the same with my Xperia X or just plug in when phone says to connect charger and unplug when at 100% ?

Or is it necessary to have a pattern at all.

No actual pattern, charge whenever you want to. Recommended is to never let it completely discharge and have a tendency of charging the device often.

This is the first time that I heard about when to charge and when to unplug.

The thing that I know is that it is always recommended to unplug when it hits 100%, this is also in the Xperia X user guide.
