Do you remember anything special happening 4 days ago when this first happened, like a firmware update or installation of a new app?

I had "no network available" happen only once: when changing preferred network type from "WCDMA only" to "LTE(preferred)/WCDMA/GSM"... and only for 10 minutes. Going into Airplane mode and waiting for a minute before turning off Airplane mode fixed it it for me luckily.

Under Settings > More (Wireless & networks) > Mobile networks > Service providers, does the search find any networks? (This search takes over 30 seconds on my phone.)

Any chance that your network is an MVNO and your phone thinks that it's roaming, and roaming is disabled?

What happens when a different SIM card is put into your phone?
