Screen doesn't work

The screen turns off when I'm using xperia x.
Once it happens, the condition continues for from a few hours to a couple of days. If I press the power button, just the vibe sounds, and the screen remains black. I tried reboot with the power button and the volume button, but I couldn't solve the problem (just the vibe sounds).
It occurs suddenly, and I don't know why.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

this seems to be a hardware problem, but try to make sure it isnt caused by software

try to run xperia diagnostcs. settings>about phone

try to boot to safe mode

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

if the problem exists during those conditions, I suggest to have your device sent at your local service center Local support

make sure to test your device thoroughly after the repairs.
