      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where was the device purchased from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you updated the most recent Google play services update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lots of variables to trt to resolve this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
