I have a Sony Xperia X and whenever I try to connect to the Wifi at work with my username and password it won't let me connect without selecting a CA certificate option. However, when I do try to select either of these it comes up with an authentication error.

I have contact my work helpdesk but they say I'm the only one with the problem so it must be an issue with my device.

Any suggestions??

I've just tried this as well, but unfortunately no luck. Thanks very much though!

If I could just find a way to get rid of the CA certificate option when I'm logging in I think it would work. When I sign in with another android device it just asks for my username and password and it works fine.

@Trina1,

The network will be asking for the certificate, it seems like your phone doesn't have the right one installed. There are hundreds of them so I don't have a way to know exactly which certificate is correct.

Try back up your device then run a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will take your phone back to default, but hopefully reinstate any missing certificates. Test it before you restore your back up.

@rogie06,

Is yours asking for CA Certificates too?
