Hello
I have a problem with my xperia x dual phone,
I set it in silent mode and afew moment later it is automatically go to sound mode
I never can't set it to silent mode
Please help me

Can you please test it in safe mode and see if it does the same thing?

I test in safe mode and haven't any problem but when i return in normal mode, immediately automatically change the silent mode in sound mode

This would indicate that the issue is being caused by a third party app. At this point there are a couple of options.

You can uninstall apps one by one and test after each to see if you can identify the one that was causing this. Alternatively you could run a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device, but this will erase everything so make sure you back up.
