Seems that there is a very weird handover to 3G if LTE signal is not too strong... Probably a matter of thresholds..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/161955"&gt;@Emir&lt;/A&gt; are you aware of this?</description>

      <description>I solved the problem by remove the sim from socket one to the other one and reset the network setting then i searched for the 4g then my device recieved the signal... After that i got the sim back to socket one and did the same steps and it work too</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1860"&gt;@nolramlb&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I tried to&amp;nbsp;connect using LTE only and it does but with AT&amp;amp;T (has a strong LTE signal), not with T-Mobile! (Has a LOW LTE signal, that's why I believe there is something going on related with thresholds...)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/977959"&gt;@Kamelnageh&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Glad you found a solution and that now it's working for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
