Can't update apps while roaming

recently i bought the xperia x and updated it to android 7.0 after this i got a problem. In play store whenever i tried to update any app when connected to a mobile network which is in roaming condition the apps are not being updated and also any system update which i receive is also not downloading in mobile network in roaming state 😕 seriously i am so much worried about this

have you enabled Data Roaming?

settings>more>mobile network settings>data roaming

make sure you have appropriate APN settings

and contact your network provider if they support data roaming

tried everything Nothing works this pblm seems to be there for all the phones which are in nought tried google in that I came to know that pixel users also reporting this same issue
