    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/978544"&gt;@Achael&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to contact your network carrier, they should be able to help in this case as they have the ability to turn on and off certain functions on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, you could try removing the MMS APN setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apps &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile Networks &amp;gt; Access Point Names &amp;gt; Click the MMS setting &amp;gt; Tap the three circles on the right hand top &amp;gt; Tap Delete APN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
