Microphone problem in calls.

Hello, my microphone i clipping and interrupting. People on the other line can baerly hear me.
I hear them sound and clear, no problem at all.

Android-version: 7.0

i assume this happens during voice calls? how about in skype or simillar apps?

can you try to boot to safe mode and make a call, does it happen?

try to contact your network provider to if they are having some problems reported like this.

Hi @znibb, sorry to hear this.

It is possible to test the microphone of your device in Diagnostics. Could you run this test and see if you experience this behaviour then as well, or if it only happens during calls?

You can find Diagnostics in Settings > About device > Diagnostics, tap Test and then Microphone to run the test.

Hi again. I tried with safemode, and also diagnostics. The microphone worked well in diagnostics in both safemode and regular mode. But not during voice calls, neither in safemode and voice calls. Maybe it's something with my carrier. I will try and call them, thanks for all the help!
