Hi,
sinc yesterday my mobile phone tells me, that a system update is available. when I klick there, I get the information that I have the latest and best version. I'm not able to delete the message nor to update anything. May someone help me?

Hi. I got tired if it and went on a full system repair. Took me an entire morning. Update notification is gone and the repair restored exactly the same software version (no update was made). I find it hard to believe that Sony would not know what is going on... A bit disappointed. Hope it gets fixed for others soon.

My cell X performance says it has a system update, I do it, the cell phone reboots but after a minute it comes back again and tells me that there is an update is as if it will not do it, I have made the update in more than 5 opportunities and it does not work

@Obh1973 if this is a phone you just bought keep performing the updates, when I bought my X compact two weeks ago I had to install about 6 updates and then this week I got another one. Try to keep updating it, if you already did 5 you may need to do 1 or 2 more and it should be done. If after 2 it keep asking to update let us know and we will go thru other solutions.
