Auto switch off between set hours

I have just purchased an Experia x so am very new to all its functions. With my previous phone I had it set to shut off between 11pm and 7am every day. Is this possible on the Experia x? I have searched but could not find how to do this. Thanks!

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately, there is no auto power off function, you can use silent and Do not disturb functions, however, the device will still be turned on.

It is possible that third party software is available for this task, however, I could not advise what this would be, I suggest checking the Play Store.
